MasonView LLC, doing business as SWIB ("SWIB", "we", "us") publishes these standards to describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the SWIB event platform at getswib.com, swib.me, and the SWIB mobile apps.
1. Zero tolerance
SWIB has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of our services that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
2. Intended audience
SWIB is designed for adults organizing and attending events. Our Google Play listing targets users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Prevention and moderation
- Event pages and host profiles are created by authenticated account holders.
- We review reports of policy violations and may remove content, suspend hosts, or terminate accounts.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and authorized child-safety organizations when required by law.
4. Reporting child safety concerns
Anyone can report a child safety concern using:
- In the SWIB app or website: Contact (also under More in the Android app). Choose subject Other and include "Child safety report" in your message.
- Email: cory.goodrich@getswib.com
- Support: hello@getSWIB.com
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then notify us.
5. CSAM handling and legal reporting
If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our services, we will remove content, preserve records as legally required, disable responsible accounts, and report to appropriate regional or national authorities, including where applicable the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
6. Compliance
SWIB complies with applicable child safety laws and platform policies in the regions where we operate.
